Metar&Taf Problem with Mobile Data(Turk Telekom)

Having problems getting metar&taf with Turkish operator Turk Telekom. Not able to use it since 4g has started. Looking forward for this issue to be solved. No problem with wireless connection, just with the mobile data. Application was perfect before this problem.
